Your privacy is very important to us. Pet Love Mobile Grooming wants you to know how we collect, use, share and protect information about you as well as what choices you have. We may change or add to this privacy policy, so we urge you to read it carefully and periodically.
What information we collect
During our initial phone call, subsequent phone calls, or through our online customer login (through our website; www.petlove.com), we will ask to collect the following personal information:
Your name as well as the names of people you have chosen to be a representative on site for your appointment (housekeepers, pet sitters, other family members, etc.)
Your mailing/billing address
Your service address (along with necessary information needed to complete an appointment, i.e. gate codes, etc.)
Your e-mail address(s)
Your phone number(s)
Your credit/debit card number
Your pet’s information (name, breed, date of birth, gender, photographs, habits, veterinary information, medical information and if necessary an entire health history as provided by your pets veterinarian)
If applying for a job, we will also collect your employment application and resume
How we intend to use
Service Appointments
This information is used to manage your account and appointments with our company. If you choose not to provide some or all of this personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our services.
Marketing purposes
This information is used for marketing, such as, delivering promotional offers. Unless you ask the company associate who took your information not to do so, your email and phone number will automatically be entered into our database and may be used for operational and marketing purposes as provided for in this policy. You have the ability to opt out of marketing offers, as identified in “What choices you have”
Internal operations
- Photos
We will take photographs of your pet. These photos will be stored on your pet’s file, a subset of your customer file, in our database. These photos may be used for documentation purposes, such as pet’s condition before a grooming appointment, pet’s condition after a grooming appointment and medical conditions observed during a grooming appointment.
We may also use the photographs on social media and may include personal information such as the pet’s first name, age, breed or gender. Other customer information will never be identified in our company’s social media posts. - Our mobile messaging programs
By participating in any of our automated messaging programs you are agreeing to receive automated text messages, emails, or phone calls at the phone number(s) or email address(es) you provide at opt-in. Your consent to receive messages is not required to make a purchase. You understand and agree that the phone calls made and text messages sent to your mobile phone/device may be generated using automated telephone dialing technology. You agree to notify Pet Love Mobile Grooming at 972-243-8331 in the event that you change or disconnect your mobile phone number.
Message and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Pet Love Mobile Grooming will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.
Pet Love Mobile Grooming reserves the right to remove subscribers at our discretion. Terms are subject to change.

How we intend to share
We generally do not share customer information with third parties. Exceptions are outlined below. If sharing your information were needed beyond these exceptions, we would seek explicit permission from you.
Veterinary
In an instance where a pet requires medical attention by a licensed veterinarian, the company may be required to share the customer’s and pet’s personal information with the third party veterinarian. Pet Love Mobile Grooming does not provide any veterinary services.
Medical Institution
In an instance where one of our employees requires medical attention after injury from a customer’s pet, we may be required (by the state of Texas) to provide customer information to the consulting medical institution. It is the state law in Texas for all pets to be up to date on their Rabies vaccinations and medical institutions will directly ask our customers for a copy of this certificate.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information we collect when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply applicable terms and conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our employees, our customers, pets in our care or others. This may include notifying the appropriate parties when we believe we have witnessed animal abuse/cruelty; including hoarding or pets that have been left in unsafe or unlivable conditions.
Sharing Aggregate Information with Third Parties
We may share aggregate non-personally identifiable information (information that does not directly identify an individual) with third parties for any lawful purpose.
Automated information collection
A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. If you are a customer who has created a login at petlove.com, we may use a cookie to save your settings. These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your customer information.
Social media links
Our site www.petlove.com includes social media links as a convenience. Social media sites are hosted by a third-party and are not under the control of Pet Love Mobile Grooming. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them. We do not control use of these cookies and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them.
Information from other sources
We may collect data that’s publicly available. For example, information you submit in a public forum (e.g. a blog, chat room, or social media) can be read, collected, or used by us and others, and could be used to personalize your experience. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit in these instances. The information you choose to share in public reviews about the company may be used in the same capacity.
What choices you have
You may ‘opt-out’ of certain marketing communications. Most of our marketing communications are sent by email and direct mail, though you may also opt out of automated texting. You may also access or change your personal information or ask us to do so.

If you ‘opt-out’ of our marketing communications, you may continue to receive business communications such as appointment confirmations and notifications of when your stylist is en-route to your appointment.
How your personal information is protected
Security Methods
We have security measures in place to protect your personal information. We use industry standards to make every effort when transmitting sensitive data (such as credit/debit cards) to ensure this information is not lost or stolen. However, we cannot guarantee any website, database or system is completely secure or ‘hacker proof.’ You are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
E-mail Security
If you receive an e-mail that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. This is likely a ‘phishing’ scheme. Pet Love Mobile Grooming will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through e-mail.
Children’s Personal Information
We recognize the particular importance of protecting privacy where children are involved. As our service visits customer’s homesteads, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 18.

This privacy policy applies to all current or former personal information.
